First there the Ford GT40- the Le Mans bruiser that made a bitter revenge on Ferrari at Le Mans in the 60's. The Ford GT40 will always be remembered as one of the great racers of the 20th century. Secondly it has been revived in order to beat Ferrari in the 21st century- in the form of the Ford GT. However this is no ordinary Ford GT- this is the Ford GT 720 Avro Mirage, only 2 have been made and it was a great treat to see this thump around the circuit. The Ford GT is a great car- but falls short of that Ferrari passion. Otherwise it thrashes the prancing horse in terms of performance capabilities. Erm 212 mph for the usual GT but this one goes the extra mile- 8 in fact because it has a top speed of 220mph- maybe more. A tribute to the Ford GT legacy. Enjoy and turn up your speakers. :)
