Mark II Roadster

I decided to go with the full rear bumper set, and the tradition Cobra tail lights. If you look into the paint reflection you will see my son.

Custom dash with Autometer guages, start button, self cancelling turn signal switch with original style 14" steering wheel. Original style bucket seats, floor mats and custom carpeting interior and trunk, gear shift and emergency brake trim, cup holders and heated seats.

Vintage racing decals, 4 into 4 side pipes, heat shields, Team 3 Wheels rims, Khumo performance tires, red "team stripes" and the authentic Cobra badging.

After a straw poll of friends and family of the question "should or should I not add the vintage decals", even though the majority said "no", I decided to add them anyways. It was the right decision.

We finished off the engine compartment with Cobra valve covers and air cleaner, stainless steel braided lines, and a Flaming River 15:1 rack and pinion steering rack.

Peter Jacobsen managed to create a "vintage look" for FFR #4206 from Factory Five with this Western Motorsport 5.0 short block with EFI, ceramic intake and an SDS digital injection system.

I added the air intake screens to the front of the Cobra a few months after the build. I would recommend adding them during the build. It would be much easier to do when the body is off the frame.

Here's a shot of the Cobra sitting in the driveway after a good cleaning. I am not much of a fan of washing cars, but this is different.

I added a set of heat shields to the Cobra side pipes. These pipes to get burning hot and can cause a serious burn if you are not careful. They look great as well.
