Capital Area Cobra Club is an interesting community of people with a Love for Cobras as common denominator. With more than 600 members, the club is growing steadily and signifies a lot of personal bonding and sportsmanship between the members. The club is just as much about the members as it is about the cars.
Since the advent of internet, car clubs have found a new meaning to their existence. Internet has sped up the participation that these communities demand. It has also helped attract a huge number of participants even in smaller, more personal clubs like this one. Before, only clubs with good marketing material and money were able to attract so many people.
Although many car clubs are strictly a members only business, not this one! This one online community that is free and open to all. You won’t need to pay exorbitant fees and membership premiums to be a part of this club. There is one restriction though. Membership is only given to those who demonstrate an interest in Cobra or its replicas or at least own one. This has helped catapult the Capital Area Cobra Club to the position of being a reputable source for everything related to Cobras.
Newbie’s are given a warm reception but every one of the club members is expected to contribute something to the forum. Lurkers are not welcome! The clubs website is basically a forum where every one can interact and discuss whatever the topic of the day is.
