You're not kidding when you say you "live about 500 km's south of Santa Clause". I would think that gives you many long nights to work on the car. I did check out photos as well and can see the car is coming along nicely. When do you expect to have her finished?

By the way, my car is also a Factory Five, #4206 to be exact. I can't believe I have owned her for five years already. She is way too much fun.

Mine is 5964 and I graduated last July. since then my wife and I have taken two large roadtrips. the first one was from Fort Mac to Calgary, then Banff, up to Jasper, over to Edmonton and back up to Fort Mac after watching the Edmonton Indy. The second trip was to Victoria and back . we went there through Banff, Kamloops, etc. we came back through Whistler, Cache creek, Jasper and Edmonton.

Both were awesome trips.

We really want to take a cruise in it down the California coast this coming summer and come back up through Vegas.

Sounds like some great trips.

I haven't done any trips of that distance yet. The longest for me (and the most fun) was to head down the I5 into Seattle to meet up with the Washington FFR gang.

We spent the afternoon cruising the back roads of Washington State for about 5 hours. It was amazing. In total there were nine cars playing catch me if you can.
